The following steps will guide you through the process of opening an
Online Trading Account.

1 |
COMPLETE
THE CLIENT REGISTRATION FORM.
Before
you begin, it would be good to have your ID details (such as
your Social Security Number and Passport, Driver’s License,
or Credit Card) on hand. Make sure to fill in the required fields
marked by an asterisk (*).
Should you miss out on any of the mandatory data, you
will not be able to proceed to the next page.

READ
THE ONLINE TRADING SERVICES AGREEMENT (OTSA).
The
OTSA spells out the terms and conditions governing your account
and the use of the Online Trading Facility. Read the document carefully and if you agree
to the conditions, you will be asked to signify your conformity
by typing “I Agree” and other details requested.

INDICATE YOUR
LOG-IN COMBINATION.
In
this section, you will be asked to supply us with your preferred
username and password. This
combination will serve as your key or entry pass into the Online
Trading Facility. You must keep this information to yourself
if you wish to prevent the unauthorized use of your account.
For your own protection, you must avoid sharing this
information with anyone.
In selecting
your username and password, we suggest you use a combination
of letters and numbers. In
both cases, the word must be at least 6 characters long, but
not more than 10 characters.

PRINT
THE ACCOUNT OPENING FORMS OR REQUEST THAT WE MAIL THEM TO YOU.
At this point,
you would have completed all the forms you need to get your
application evaluated. These
forms will have to be signed before we can process your application.
You will be asked
to select between two options: 1) to print the forms so you
can sign off immediately; or 2) to request us to mail the accomplished
forms to you so you will not have to print all the pages yourself.

SIGN ALL FORMS
AND SEND THEM TO AB CAPITAL SECURITIES, INC.
Check
that you have signed 3 types of forms:
1) Client Registration
Form
2) Online Trading Services Agreement
3) Specimen Signature Card
Send the signed
forms to:

In
addition to the forms mentioned above,
please
include a photocopy of your identification card bearing your
photo and
signature (e.g. Passport, SSS Card or Driver’s License).

FUND YOUR ACCOUNT.
There are several
ways to send your funds to us, all of which are fully described
in the How to Fund Your Account
section of this site.

7 |
WAIT FOR OUR
EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
We will activate
your account only when we receive a complete set of signed documents,
other additional information or documents that we may require
to evaluate your application, and your initial deposit.
When everything
is in order, you will receive an email from us that your account
has been opened.
