PLDT To The Rescue (November 12, 2008)

Local stocks closed unchanged as the dearth if market moving news kept investors on the sidelines. Bargain hunters were tentative as the country''''''''s leading business group warned of difficult times for 2009. However, it is worth noting that selling pressures seem to have tapered off on the big cap blue chip issues.
